Known for his empathetic approach and strong commitment to participant wellbeing, Ajay continues to guide teams toward care that is practical, respectful, and genuinely person-centred. His vision is built around creating a healthcare environment where expertise and empathy work together.
Shruti Sharma brings more than 15 years of hands-on nursing experience across hospital and aged care settings. After completing her Bachelor of Nursing at Queensland University of Technology in 2009, she built a career grounded in clinical excellence, compassion, and strong participant advocacy.
With additional qualifications in Medical Science and Education, Shruti now leads operations with a clear focus on evidence-based practice and person-centred service delivery. Her work helps ensure support remains aligned with NDIS Practice Standards while promoting dignity, safety, and confidence.
